The Christmas menu features The Grove signature modern fine-dining flair with a tip-of-the-hat to some festive culinary traditions. Among the playful seasonal touches, a snack dish of stuffed chicken wing with classic Christmas flavours of cranberry and chestnut, and a course of ‘Stuffing Brioche’, spinning off of one of the holiday’s most beloved. Elsewhere is more of what the The Grove has become renowned for; entrées of smoked salmon, hapuka and wagyu sirloin filling out three of the five sumptuous courses. Capping off the menu is a dessert full of traditional delights; cherries with chocolate, brandy and trifle. And of course, a complimentary glass of champagne greets you on arrival, as whether you’re checking in for Christmas or New Years Eve, the occasion is more than worthy of celebrating with a glass of the bubbly stuff.
