Marvel’s Spider-Man has caught people by storm. The last time we had a Spider-Man game this good was back in 2004. Now in 2018, not only do we have dynamic fights reminiscent of the Arkham series, a gorgeously rendered free roaming version of New York, but also a decent story to boot. Breaking up the web slinging action, you can take on missions as MJ, as she creeps through bad guys lairs. Honestly the most unrealistic part of this game is going through a mechanics workshop as a redhead in a leather jacket without being noticed. With plenty of references to some pretty obscure pieces of Spider-Man’s lore, this game feels like a love letter to Spidey.
