What is your morning routine?
Up 630am, drink bone broth and filter coffee, 5 min stretch, 45min walk, gym or study for 45min-1hr.
What hours do you work?
I work whatever hours I want, but generally from around 930/10am-530/6pm on business activities.
What do you do in a typical day at work?
Manage/talk to people virtually or in person – mostly helping and training clients/staff/prospects around the world. Deliver talks/workshops to businesses around Auckland.
What are the important things for technology manufacturers to factor in for human interaction?
Humans cannot evolve exponentially like technology so they must take into consideration our limited capacity to process too many new things.
What process do you use to work on complex problems?
Focus my conscious brain on it then let my unconscious brain work on it in downtime providing insights to do the heavy lifting to solve it.
What are the most important traits and skills for potential employees?
Understand we all have different behaviours/personalities and don’t see the world the same. Get things done well on time, rather than perfectly and late.
What is the biggest hurdle for your business?
Having the specialised methodology/philosophy we teach more easily known to ambitious business professionals so we can help them live more satisfied lives.
