Asa Cox is the founder & CEO of Arcanum, a company that specialises in helping finance teams increase their productivity with AI. Asa has nearly a decade of experience working with applied AI and has led Arcanum to work with well known startups and enterprises in NZ and internationally.
Emily Blumenthal
Emily is A leader in CX, Insights and Data intelligence with over 15 years’ experience applying the latest in best practise to big brands including Foodstuffs, Sky TV and Coca-Cola.
This year Emily officially joined the AI revolution as Research Director for emerging global leader in AI for Insights, Yabble. In her role at Yabble Emily is at the forefront of transforming the research and insights industry, supporting the transition from a traditional ‘stayed’ set of research methods to, truly harnessing all the power that AI has to offer. Leveraging AI to helping organisations generate richer insight, faster, more accurately and securely, and at a fraction of the cost of traditional research methods.
Fabian Partigliani
Fabian is CEO of RedShield, a world-leading web application security service currently operating in the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Fabian possesses more than two decades of experience as a global CEO, with blue-chip multinational companies in Europe, South America and Asia Pacific. He has held executive and non-executive director positions in management, strategy and marketing. Arriving in New Zealand in 2007 as CEO of Pernod Ricard, he led the transformation of that business into a successful, export-oriented company during his eight-year tenure. Fabian is also the current Chairman of plant-based food company Smartfoods and a Board Director of Auckland’s economic and cultural agency Auckland Unlimited.

Greg Cross
Co-Founder of Soul Machines, a ground-breaking high tech company of AI researchers, neuroscientists, psychologists, artists and innovative thinkers; re-imagining how we connect with machines. Greg also co-founded PowerbyProxi a company that was sold to Apple in 2017. Soul Machines works with celebrities like: Jack Nicklaus, K-Pop legend Mark Tuan & NBA All Star Carmelo Anthony.
Lee Hickin
Lee has over 30 years’ experience in the technology sector across the UK, Asia and Australia, and is driven by the potential for positive and responsible technology. As National Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft ANZ, he advises government and commercial organisations on digital strategy and the economic, innovation and social impact of cloud scale technology.
He is primarily focused on artificial intelligence, language models and machine learning. Lee heads Microsoft’s Office of Responsible AI for ANZ.
In addition, his work encompasses supporting Microsoft’s work in quantum computing.
Before joining Microsoft, Lee led the Internet of Things team for Amazon Web Services in Asia Pacific. He sits on the NSW Government Artificial Intelligence Review Committee and on several boards supporting technology innovators and public policy groups.
Ramesh Haridas
Ramesh Haridas is an entrepreneur and an investor. He has started and sold three internet companies and has invested in over 100 early stage startups. His last startup was an AI powered email assistant (InboxVudu) that was acquired by Google. He loves taking ideas from research and applying them to build prototypes and products.
