Non-Alcoholic Beer Actually Worth Drinking & Other Things to Keep You in Top Condition
Stay Sober with Beer
Chilling with friends recently and being a newish dad who doesn’t particularly enjoy the idea of being any kind of hammered has left me in an odd spot with beverage choices. There’s all the fizzy drinks money can buy, sure, but sometimes it’s nice to have something a bit more mellow in keeping with the vibes of the gathering. Fortunately State of Play has absolutely nailed non-alcoholic Beer. Far better than all the other trash out there trying to fill this market State of Play hits with a craft brew edge. It comes in three flavours, Nectar Unfiltered, Sunbreaker Ale, and just your standard IPA. Alcohol content is under 0.5%, about what you’d expect from a Kombucha. Personally my favourite has to be the Sunbreaker Ale with natural Ginger, Honey and Lime. Super refreshing, with none of the headaches later.
That’s All White
Ecostore’s Whitening Toothpaste Tablets have just landed and are set to shake up our oral care habits for the better.
Plastic-free and formulated using only natural ingredients, these handy little tablets minimise water waste and are perfect for keeping teeth clean and healthy while travelling or just going about your day.
Finally I can stop taking the kitchen sink and a toothbrush everywhere I go.
Be a fat Road Runner
If you’re doing a runner in Auckland, first of all, I hope it’s not from a crime, and second of all, you deserve all the support you can get (not for crime)!
In preparation for the Auckland Marathon on the 29th of October Fitness All Together is starting its very own Road Runners club to get everybody in shape. It’s a free weekly program for anyone at any level and everybody is welcome. Leading up to the marathon they’re looking to give everyone free running, skills, strength and conditioning events run by a team of experts.
If you’re going to get fit, may as well do it with a group of like minded individuals!
