What’s your morning routine?
Hit “snooze” once (or twice), feed the dog then shower and off to work.
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
Swim with Sharks (without a cage) which im doing in Hawaii in September. Kayak with Orca in Canada. Taking a sports car for a spin at Spa in Belgium and hit Eu Rouge flat out.
What advice would you give your 20-year-old self?
Stay focused on your goal and spend money wisely.
How do you say motivated?
A mix of enjoying the feeling that comes with proving the people who doubted me wrong and loving what I do.
If you didn’t need money, what would you do?
Spend my time traveling the world, going to all the football derby matches to witness the atmosphere.
What is the secret to success?
Not being scared to try something new and challenge the status quo while learning from your mistakes. I also think being passionate about what you do helps drive success.
What is the best piece of advice, or quote, that resonates with you?
“Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself, when you become a leader success is all about growing others.” – Jack Welch I am fortunate enough to have some great leaders both in previous roles and now that have believed in me and helped me grow; I want to do the same for others as I believe this is a true reflection of what a leader should be.
What’s your favorite restaurant?
Jervois Steakhouse without a doubt.
What’s the secret to living a longer, more successful life?
I guess it’s surrounding yourself with people who enhance your energy, not drain it. But if I knew the secret, I’d be a rich man and could spend my time traveling the world watching football.
What makes you feel alive?
Seeing my team’s hard work pay off because watching others grow from success can make anyone feel alive… Oh and I guess good food helps
