The Lamborghini Of The Sea
At this year’s Monaco Yacht Show we got a look at the new collaboration between Automobili Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group of the new Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT. Named after it’s 30-metrE length The Italian Sea Group has successfully translated Lamborghini’s super sports car aesthetic to the sea.
The interior is based off the new Fenomeno, of which Lamborghini is making just 29 models. It’s a V12 with paired with three electric motors, for an overall maximum power of 1080 CV. It’s a relief knowing that if you never get to see the inside of one you could always just make do with a super yacht instead. In addition to the colour other elements inspired by the Fenomeno include the front and rear lights, which take a cue from those used on the car. Sitting behind the wheel of the yacht you’re surrounded by a cockpit inspired by the Temerario, a “fuoriclasse” hybrid V8 HPEV. Iconic Lamborghini design elements are diffused throughout the yacht including hexagons, clean lines, and the “Y”-shape.

Mitja Borkert, Design Director of Automobili Lamborghini, remarked: “With the new Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT motoryacht, we aimed to create a product that embodies the main design characteristics of our super sports cars. All the details, from the exterior to the colour, to the interior areas, recall and are inspired by Lamborghini’s DNA.

The yacht can accommodate up to nine guests and has three crew cabins, ensuring spacious and comfortable environments that make even the longest journeys pleasant.
From the technical perspective, the 101FT is equipped with three powerful MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, combined with three surface propellers, which make it possible to reach a top speed of 45 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots. These performance figures are supported by a total output of 7.600 horsepower and two 35 kW generators.
If you want to experience this yacht in any other form you’re going to need a fleet of supercars to wander through.
