What’s your morning routine?
Short and sweet; kids get their own breakfast and make their school lunches, so it let’s us get ready pretty quickly. Then it’s just a 3 minute cycle to work.
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
Fly a helicopter; ski or snowboard Corbet’s Couloir in Jackson Hole, USA; and to spend a year somewhere that has the full 4 seasons, so I can swim in summer and ski in winter.
What advice would you give your 20 year-old self?
Invent Google, Facebook or Instagram. Failing that, relish change and always look forward – the best is yet to come.
How do you stay motivated?
Always have the next holiday booked, nothing better than having a countdown ticking.
If you didn’t need money, what would you do?
Spend summer near the sea and the mountains in winter; spending my time ski/snowboarding, DJing and creating furniture/art.
What is your secret to success?
Being able to see and appreciate what you have.
What is the best bit of advice, or quote, that resonates with you?
“Nothing is enough for the man to whom enough is too little” -Epicurus
What’s your favourite restaurant?
So many to choose from now, but in Auckland I still love Clooney, dark and intimate.
What is the secret of living a longer, more successful life?
Try not to worry and stress about things you can’t change.
What makes you feel alive?
Being out in the mountains and conquering some fear.
