What’s your morning routine?
Haul my eleven-year-old son out of bed…Coffee, coffee, plan my day, “make a to-do list”…go for a run with my dog, then launch into the day… organised chaos!
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
Do a back-to-back surfing and skiing adventure with my family.

What advice would you give your 20 year-old selves?
You don’t have to be the last one to leave a party!!!
How do you stay motivated?
Focus on the good stuff, be grateful for what you have!!
If you didn’t need money, what would you do?
Invest in businesses and people that want to make a difference in the world and watch them get tired of my input.
What is the secret to success?
Everything you do is about people, so be a good at telling a good story; the art of storytelling has survived millenniums.
What is the worst mistake you’ve made and how did you fix it?
Shoplifting when I was a kid, dad was a cop. So had to pay three times as much for the Moro bar!
What is your advice for people to fund their dream?
Believe in yourself, be a good storyteller, investors fund passion, enthusiasm and belief, not just a nicely written proposal.
What is the best bit of advice, or quote, that resonates with you?
90 % of what you worry about never happens.
What’s your favorite restaurant?
There are so many. Blue Breeze Inn, but as I say, soooo many. (To all my friends who own restaurants…. can we still be friends?)
How do you keep up to date with current affairs?
Have conversations with a wide range of people, more informative and relevant than the news.
What is the secret of living a longer, more successful life?
A light heart lives longer.
What makes you feel alive?
Doing all the sports I love, outside my comfort zone! Then watching my kids do it better.
