An Uber Plaza

The designers at Uber have been busily tinkering away lately in preparation for the Uber Air flying taxis to drop in the US and Australia in 2023.

What will the flying taxis land on, when it comes time for them to fly? The vertical take-off and landing vehicles resemble that of a helicopter. Just think, sooner or later, people will be able to pay a pretty penny to board one of these flying machines and park for a mile. But where would these flying taxis go to? In Dallas, Texas, they plan to create the ‘Connection Plaza’ which has a flight deck and five charging stations. On the other side of the world in Melbourne, there’s going to be a ‘Sky Loft’ made completely from renewable sources and will include lounges, shopping areas and different flight and scooter decks. More landing pads will become more available over the next four years. Exciting times ahead for the future of travelling.
