Bailey Bass: The Bass Drop

Bailey Bass is fresh to Hollywood but she’s already managed to hit some of the biggest franchises out there to date. On TV she’s finding success on Interview With the Vampire, and on the big screen she is now part of the third most highest grossing film of all time, Avatar: The Way of Water. She played the part of Tsireya, the young love interest free diver that’s part of the water tribe. Ironically, having to actually do free diving started as the young actors least favourite thing to do. But after time spent facing her fears, things turned around for her. “[Freediving] started out being my least favourite thing to do in training. And I ended up excelling more than most of the cast members, which I say kindly and proudly, because to be so nervous, to take forever to put a wetsuit on, to be so out of your body, to then, at the end of filming, have that be your favourite thing to do, shows tremendous growth.”
