Bezos and the Orbital Reef

Privately-funded American space juggernaut, Blue Origin, has fast become one of the leaders in the global race to space. Founded in 2000 by Amazon mad-genius-founder Jeff Bezos, the leaps and bounds they have taken to firmly establish themselves alongside the big space names has been nothing short of awe-inspiring. Recently, Bezos’ Blue Origin has added another feather to their cap. They have released plans to create a new space station, much like the International Space Station, called the Orbital Reef. The main intention behind building such an awesome station is to allow anybody to have their own address in space, to provide services such as planning for and delivering payload, training, transportation, data analysis and security.
