Luminor Due Goldtech is the latest addition to Panerai’s respected watch collection. This luxurious timepiece is crafted with the brand’s exclusive Goldtech alloy, which combines 18-carat gold, copper, and platinum to create a warm, golden hue with long-lasting shine. The Luminor Due Goldtech boasts a 42 mm diameter case that is 10.2 mm thick and is water resistant up to 30 metres.
The watch is available in two distinct faces: a sun-brushed black and sandwich-style structure, and a sanded-finished ivory white with printed hours. Both versions feature golden-beige Super-LumiNova hour markers and hands for easy reading in any lighting condition. The date function is located at the 3 o’clock position.
In addition to its technical excellence, the Luminor Due Goldtech exudes elegance and refinement with its coppery gold tones and intricate details. The case features a fixed bezel, the iconic crown-protecting bridge, and a 12-sided caseback with a sapphire crystal medallion.
The Luminor Due is powered by Panerai’s famous P.900 caliber, a high-quality, automatic movement developed and produced in-house. This caliber, which powers several models within the Luminor Due collection, is notable for its impressive three-day power reserve, which allows the watch to run continuously for up to 72 hours without needing to be wound.
One of the key features of the P.900 caliber is its use of a single barrel, which helps to ensure a consistent level of power throughout its extended power reserve. The movement also includes a number of other technical innovations, such as a modified balance wheel with variable inertia and a vertical coupling clutch, which help to improve the accuracy and reliability of the watch. The P.900 Calibre is one of the thinnest automatic movements in Panerai’s lineup, measuring just 4.2 mm in thickness. It is also developed and assembled entirely at the brand’s Manufacture in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
In addition to its sophisticated design, the Luminor Due Goldtech is also practical for everyday wear, with a water resistance of 30 metres. It comes with an interchangeable alligator leather strap and a Goldtech buckle, and is available in black with tone-on-tone sewing (PAM01041) or dark brown with beige sewing (PAM01042).
