Jurassic World – Fallen Kingdom

23 years ago, Jeff Goldblum famously uttered, “Life, uh…finds a way”. The Jurassic Park franchise has also found a way, with Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the second installment in the Jurassic World series slated for a June 21st release.

Chris Pratt (of Guardians of Galaxy fame) reprises his role as Owen Grady, a Navy veteran and raptor trainer at the Jurassic World theme park. The first Jurassic World film was well received by both critics and fans alike, and it pulled in $1.6 billion in box office revenue – best for third highest grossing film of the 21st century. It’s not much of a spoiler to say that dinosaurs will run amok, but it will be interesting to see where the franchise heads following a strong first film. Expect no expense spared.
