What’s your morning routine?
I have a cup of coffee in bed and then go for a quick 5km run. Back home for a shower, some breakfast and another coffee before heading to work.
What’s the top three things on your bucket list?
Have a white Christmas in New York City. Spend a year exploring Europe. Watch the sunrise from a hot air balloon.
What advice would you give your 20 year-old self?
Believe in yourself and stop wasting time.
How do you stay motivated?
By always chasing perfection.
If you didn’t need money, what would you do?
Travel, build my dream home, and take the time to enjoy the little things in life.
What is the secret to success?
Being passionate about what you do and having pride in doing it.
What is the best bit of advice, or quote, that resonates with you?
“A lesson lived is a lesson learned.” I think sometimes the best way to learn is by making a mistake, and then the key is to not make the same one twice.
What’s your favourite restaurant?
The seasonal “Honest” menu at Town Tonic in Christchurch is always on point.
What is the secret of living a longer, more successful life?
Be around positive people, get outside more, drink plenty of water and eat a plant based diet.
What makes you feel alive?
Seeing my two year old son Felix smile.
