What’s your morning routine?
Up at 0600 for breakfast with the kids. I normally just have a glass of water with Good Green Stuff. Every other day I head to Next Gen for a morning TRX workout with Sean Hughes my trainer.
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
1 – See my kids grow up (I’m an older dad)
2 – Learn 犀利士
how to live with as little as possible.
3 – Improve my Italian so I can live like a local.
What advice would you give your 20 year-old self?
Don’t sweat the small stuff and don’t worry what other people think.
How do you stay motivated?
I remember how lucky I am to be doing something I love in a country I love.
If you didn’t need money, what would you do?
I’d do the same thing exactly but maybe have one day off to do whatever I wanted.
What is your secret to success?
Doing the opposite of the herd.
What is the best bit of advice, or quote, that resonates with you?
The best way to belong is to contribute (from my Dad).
