What advice would you give your 20 year-old self?
Keep doing what you’re doing, don’t get caught up on what’s trending. Be different and set your own tone. Embrace who you are and be confident with the choices you make.
How do you stay motivated?
My vision motivates me on the fly, incremental goals set a pathway to my vision.
Disciplines in health and fitness has me motivated in many perspectives.
If you didn’t need money, what would you do?
Travel to see the many wonders of the world, experience different cultures and food.
Write a book on my journey.
What is the secret to success?
Your vision, your purpose, sacrifice where others wont. Cut the temptations of life, tunnel vision to your vision. Aligning yourself with others that see eye to eye with your purpose. Aspire to inspire others, though your journey.

What’s your favourite restaurant?
I’d have to say my kitchen,I’m very particular with food. My father was a chef at the famous el-casino in Wellington.
Quality matters. I’m very specific to what I eat as it dictates my abilities to work and stay working for long hours.
Foods high in micro nutrients that cater to good gut health help with my fitness goals and general over all mood.
What is the secret of living a longer, more successful life?
A lifestyle that includes daily exercise, lots of green vegetables, taking timeout for yourself.
