Review – Headphones That Never Go Flat
The age of never needing to worry about charging ever again is upon us with this handy pair of wireless earbuds developed by former Apple Engineers.
That is at least the promise being made by ELWN, a company kickstarting its ELWN FIT Bluetooth Earbuds.
Since ELWN earbuds are truly wireless, they run on a battery. However, with the Infinity Band charger, users are freed from the need to constantly remove to re-charge. The Infinity Band is a first of its kind system that allows the charging of the earbud’s batteries while in use, providing almost endless battery life. That means when you’re getting ready to go to the gym you won’t have the nasty surprise of a flat set of headphones, you can just charge them while on the go!
The charger itself plugs into both buds and loops around the back of your neck out of sight. The only downside is that the charger itself needs to be charged occasionally.
“We’re a manufacturing company and have made millions of headphones for other companies, but we decided to launch our own product to address the two biggest issues with earbuds on the market today, fit and battery life,” said Scott Hinton, co-founder of ELWN.
To combat bad fitting headphones Purchasers of the ELWN Earbuds receive an industry leading 48 earth comfort pieces with over 180 fit combinations, guaranteeing a secure, customizable fit for nearly everyone.
The kickstarter is just finishing now, and it’s more than quadrupled its goal. Projected retail price is going to be $190 for the full package.
