Space For Rent
The Kiwi-based satellite launch company Rocket Lab makes it’s third launch of 2018 for NASA from Māhia Peninsula. Onboard were 24 Nanosatellites that were released shortly after the rocket entered orbit.
This launch marks the first dedicated launch for small satellites on a commercial launch vehicle. Nanosatellites normally need to take the cheap seats on large launch vehicles that are going up for other reasons.
Space is now open for business.
