ARMANI CODE
While the original Armani Code, with its all-black bottle and dark-hued ad campaigns, scream mystery, the new Armani Code Colonia bring a fresh look that is sleek and elegant. The campaign, fronted by Chris Pine, combines a masculine allure with a modern elegance. “I believe that a man is elegant when he is discreet in his choice of clothing and knows how to wear even casual outfits with ease and effortlessness,” Pine says. This fragrance is one that will see you right though spring and summer and will be a populary one with your significant other.
The fragrance: Base notes of tonka, heliotrope and amber wood; it is sweet, aromatic and crisp, with floral notes.
WE’AR
We love WE’AR and their new collection, The Space In Between, is everything we need. We welcome calming, on-trend hues into the colleciton and are seeing soft pinks appear. If you guys haven’t got pink in your wardrobe yet, this is the collection to buy them from. “This collection emerged from a conversation with the artist Kazu Nakagawa, who explained how we create ‘Ma’ in our work – which is Japanese for the something that occurs, or ‘just is’, between words in conversation, or notes in music. ‘The Space in Between’ is what is between objects, between layers of cloth, between bodies and between the moments of perceiving or experiencing any of this,” describes Jyoti, founder of WE-AR.
Armani Exchange
Armani Exchange just announced the face of its autumn 2017 collection and it stars three of our current favourites: Martin Garrix, the 21-year-old Dutch DJ ranked No. 1 in the world; Cara Delevingne, the 24-year-old British actress and model with a strong, irreverent personality, who is full of energy; and Li Yifeng, the 30-year-old Chinese singer and actor who keeps enchanting Chinese audiences.
The concept of the campaign is simple, yet has great impact: the letters A and X of the brand’s logo are disassembled, used with an inventive and surprising ductile irreverence, and have become props and games in the hands of the protagonists, for example magnifying glasses, vinyl records, rubber balls, pirate patches and light bulbs.
PARISIAN
Just because we have dusted our hands of the winter months, doesn’t mean we are out of the woods. The early months of spring can be cold and wet and we still need all of the additional layers and accessories to keep us warm.
Nothing communicates pure touch luxury like Monti Castello cashmere.
Its unsurpassable softness is paired with superior warmth. It’s breathable and lightweight, while delivering up to three times more insulation than regular sheep’s wool.
Available in six classic colours, a Monti Castello scarf is a true investment piece.
