The M2 Man of the Year was a night of celebration and with summer just around the corner, a refreshing Aperol Spritz went down a treat. The team at Aperol have very kindly given us their Aperol Spritz recipe so you can enjoy this cocktail at home with friends.
How To Make A Perfect Aperol Spritz
What You Need
- Aperol
- Prosecco (we recommend Cinzano Prosecco)
- Soda water
- Ice
- Fresh orange
Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice
- Combine equal parts of Prosecco & Aperol (recommended 60ml of each)
- Add a splash of soda water
- Finish with a wedge of orange to garnish
