The latest DEEBOT from ECOVACS Wants to Clean Your House Right Now Please
The DEEBOT T20 OMNI has arrived and ECOVACS ROBOTICS has made sure to pack their latest creation full of new features making home robotics an increasingly seamless integration into modern life.
ECOVACS has gone out of their way to bring flagship features into this robot, with a new Hot Water Mop Washing and the intuitive Auto-Lifting Mop functionality for a comprehensive all in one gadget. The Hot Water Mop functionality heats water to 55℃ to ensure oil, dirt or sticky residues are effectively removed off mop pads for hygiene and easy-maintenance. Auto Lifting automatically detects whether the DEEBOT T20 OMNI is dealing with hardwood or carpets. On higher pile rugs it’ll also increase suction to really do a thorough job of collecting all the dirt.
It comes packed with everything we’ve come to expect from a DEEBOT, onboard AI Voice Assistant YIKO, advanced TrueDetect 3D 3.0 obstacle detection and TrueMapping 2.0 mapping technology. It uses 3D imaging to do millimeter accuracy avoidance of obstacles. This method is four times more accurate than what competitors to tend to use which is LDS (Laser Distance Sensors).
The DEEBOT stands alone in it’s category for being the only vacuum with an onboard AI Voice assistant. Being able to give your robot instructions by just talking to it really is a game changer. When we really need something cleaned we don’t always have time to whip out our phone and fiddle through apps. YIKO removes a huge barrier to quick and efficient use.
I’m personally quite impressed by its Housekeeper Mode which will instigate intelligent cleaning that adjusts the cleaning parameters according to your unique home environment, habits and preferences. For example, selecting Housekeeper Mode might cause it to automatically perform deep cleaning if it knows the home hasn’t been cleaned in a while, focus on specific rooms if it learns they are more prone to dirt, or automatically adjust suction and water flow if it notices a habit.
The DEEBOT T20 OMNI has a 5200mAh battery capable of more than four hours of cleaning on a single charge based on the average home on a single charge before returning to it’s proprietary OMNI station for a full servicing, top up, recharge and dust bag emptying. It’s got it all in hand leaving you to get back to what you do best, not clean. The station’s 3L dust-bag that ensures hands-free cleaning for up to 75 days.
You can find the DEEBOT T20 OMNI now with a recommended retail price of $1999. Available instore at Noel Leeming, JB Hi-Fi and Godfreys stores. From late August onwards, it will also be available from Harvey Norman.
