The Place To Serve: Taking Volleyball To New Heights

Taking place on top of the Riesenrad ferris wheel in Vienna, volleyball teams from Austria and Norway battle it out at a height 65 metres while experiencing the beautiful views of the city. Called the Serve in the Sky, the two teams, who are use to playing on the beach rather than on top of ferris wheel cars, wore safety harnesses during the match that celebrated the upcoming Vienna Major in August. No word on what happens when someone drops the ball….
