You’ll Never Settle For An Average Brunch Again After Tasting This Menu
The standard Sunday brunch is so last year! The Nichiyo Brunch at MASU by Nic Watt is the exciting and delicious option you’ve been searching for. Goodbye boring bacon and eggs, here you will dine on the freshest sashimi and sushi, succulent chicken and dishes straight off the famous robata grill. Make your way through the bottomless buffet, from the salty and satisfying miso soup, to the ceviche tacos and the freshest of salads. Feel like oysters? Your menu includes freshly shucked oysters too.
But wait, there’s more! Next order your choice of main course from the menu. The highly recommended Yaki Hinadori, half cedar wood baby chicken served with gingered barley miso, chives and fresh lime is tender and incredibly flavoursome – one of the best chicken dishes I’ve encountered. Want to take your meal to the next level? Upgrade your main course to MASU’s infamous Gindara Miso-Yaki (rich and textural black cod) or their outstanding melt in your mouth Japanese Kagoshima Wagyu Beef.
MASU’s brunch menu can cater to large groups, in fact, I believe this menu is perfect for groups as you can share your main courses and sample many of the delightful dishes. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, they have your little ones covered with a Bento Box perfect for little fingers and a playroom to keep them entertained. I hope you saved room for dessert because unlike many Japanese restaurants, the desserts at MASU are incredible. A platter of fresh fruit, sorbet and selected desserts is impeccably presented and when it arrives at the table, the phones come out – highly Instagramable!
