Her career has included working with Mi5, managing the information security for the London 2012 Olympic Games, and a stint with the Royal New Zealand Air Force. Hilary has a wealth of experience overseeing digital business transformation and information security in challenging environments.

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Kordia Group, a provider of business-critical connectivity, cyber security and cloud solutions, Hilary’s day-to-day remit is to develop and implement cyber security processes to protect businesses.

As a registered psychologist, Hilary takes a people first approach to security – and is passionate about sharing digital culture ideas with the wider technology and business community. She has also authored a book on security culture.
