It’s Not a Suit, It’s Zegna
If you need someone to be the embodiment of style and class you can’t do much better than Mads Mikkelsen who’s starring in Zegna’s FW25 Campaign. The shoot took place inside the Teatro Regio di Torino, an Italian opera house in Turin.
This calls back to Ermenegildo Zegna’s personal tailor in Torino back in the 1910s who lived in the area, and one day Ermenegildo asked for a suit to wear to the opera house made of Vellus Aureum. It’d be this suit that would inspire what Zegna this season is calling the Torino style. The shoulders are structured. The lapels are wide. The construction is precise. Each jacket features three-button cuffs, a higher buttonhole inspired by the iconic 232 Road brand mark, and rounded pockets available in both flap and patch versions.

The keystone piece of the new collection is the Vellus Aureum suit reimagined in a flannel so soft it feels weightless — tactile and precise in its fit. The suit is constructed using couture-level techniques: hand-finished trousers, pure silk linings, and the distinctive architecture that marks every ZEGNA creation.
Personally I love the Wool and Cashmere Jacket, it pairs well with the suit which slims nicely.
