Standing at an impressive 320 metres tall, the Shard has been heralded as one of the tallest buildings in Europe. Recently imagined by Danish firm, Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter, a new ‘climate-friendly’ building is set to come and knock it off its perch. Named the Bestseller Tower, planning permission has been granted for a 2023 build of the supertall skyscraper in Brande, Denmark. The 320 metre building is set to accommodate office space, a hotel and shops.
