Uber’s Up To Something Fishy
If Uber has its way, theY’RE going to be flying cars by next year, but they don’t have their sights set above, they’re introducing the ScUber too!
Launched on Queensland’s Great Barrier Reef last month, this rideshare submarine experience allows underwater-enthusiasts the opportunity to dive deep under the waves and get to bed amongst a thriving biodiverse culture. Just like a normal Uber, any water-goer can hop onto the app and pinpoint their location. A personal submarine can pick you up and drop you off wherever (depending if there’s water). A one hour ride in the scUber will cost you around AUD$3,000 for two riders.
This is my church. Down here you feel the power of nature’s imagination, which is so much greater than our own.
